Landlord Gas Safety

The law requires that Landlords have the gas equipment in a tenanted house checked every 12 months by a qualified GAS SAFE registered engineer to ensure certain safety standards are met. As Landlords ourselves, we are aware how all of the costs of owning rented properties can mount up, we have therefore kept our prices as low as practical for this service.

• Emergency call out, inc first hour. labour £55
• We run a "No Fix - No Fee" policy
• Hourly labour charge £55
• Lanlords Gas Safety Certificate (cp12) per property with 1boiler plus hob and including a service of the boiler £55
• For Boiler, hob and gas fire including a service of the fire as well £75
• A certificate will be issued free with a boiler service and power flush £350

We will quote for all your plumbing needs, revive taps, replace showers etc.

We will work weekends or evenings to fit with tenant’s work schedule.
